All our candles are on preorder basis as they are individually hand-poured and handcrafted in small batches to ensure quality control at every step of the process. There is an estimated two (2) weeks wait time for the production, excluding any special jars wait time. Lull Lounge, is entirely run by one on a part-time basis, do seek your understanding and patience on this! You can find the details of each candles wait time under their listing. We find that our candles fill a medium-size room nicely. For larger rooms or rooms with high ceilings we recommend our 7.7oz candles or 2 or more 4oz. Smaller candles are better burned at a desk or in a small space such as a bathroom. Because we use natural soy wax, our candles will not have the same scent throw as paraffin candles. We like that our candles are not overwhelming, but rather can be used every day.

Yes they are, hence would always advice to light it up carefully. Although it should not catch a huge (and prolong) fire/burning, you can always choose to remove the floral decorations once the wax has melted that portion of the candle for safety purpose.

Yes! A candle burn is affected by several factors including size and shape of vessel, wick, fragrance oil, temperature/draft in the room, etc. The key to achieving the perfect burn is to always allow your candle to completely liquefy across the top before blowing it out to avoid tunneling. Before each burn, make sure your wick is trimmed to ¼”. Don’t drop debris, like matches or wick trimmings, into the wax. Don’t place your burning candle on sensitive or uneven surfaces. Discontinue burning your candle when about ½” of wax remains.

Standard Delivery: SGD $5/location Please indicate in the "Cart" Page should you have special delivery instructions i.e. place in riser/shoe cabinet if no one is home. We provide FREE Standard Shipping for purchases SGD $60 and above (after any discounts or promotions, if applied).

With effect from January 2021, we will be providing weekly self-collection service. However, there will not be any self-collection if it falls on a PH or PH eve. Location: SIMEI Day: Every Thursday Time: 8pm - The wait time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks as we crafted and handpoured all our candles and sachets upon order. - You will be notified by us via email once your orders are ready for collection. - Your collection details and our exact meetup location will be provided in the email. - Pls drop us an email at hello.lulllounge@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram "1" day in advance if you could not make it on the collection day. - You will only be allowed to reschedule your collection ONCE (within a month). - If you failed to reschedule your collection within a month, your order will be arrange to be delivered to you at $5.00 ( pls make the transfer to us via Paynow or Paylah). - Proof of your invoice (screenshot works too) must be provided upon collection.

We know how important your order is, so we aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible! We cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed. We do not practice any refund policy should one decides to back out from any paid transaction during the wait period.
